Hi, I’m Dale Fraser.
Somatic Practitioner | Thai Massage Specialist
My path into this work began not with a textbook, but with a physical realization: the body is a living archive. For years, I navigated the world from a place of high-functioning survival, existing mostly from the neck up. It wasn't until I began to listen to the "bracing" in my own tissues that I understood the profound intelligence of my nervous system.
One morning, I woke to find a damp handprint on my own chest—a physical signature of my body’s silent effort to co-regulate itself through the night. That hand over my heart was my first act of Somatic Sovereignty. It was a reminder that even when the mind is overwhelmed, the body is always working toward safety.
Today, my practice is a commitment to that same internal wisdom. I bridge the rhythmic, ancient artistry of Thai Massage with the biological precision of Somatic Experiencing. I don’t view your tension as a "problem" to be fixed, but as a brilliant survival strategy that is ready to be thanked and transitioned.
I am here to act as a witness and a collaborative partner as you uncouple the architecture of stress and reclaim the rhythm of your own life. This is not just bodywork; it is an act of returning home to a system that has always known the way.
This work is rooted in Somatic Sovereignty, recognizing that your nervous system is not a broken machine to be fixed, but a brilliant, surviving archive of your lived experience. By bridging the rhythmic artistry of Thai Massage with the biological precision of the nervous system, we move beyond the "expert-client" hierarchy and into a collaborative ritual of reclamation. We honor the "survival architecture" your body has built to protect you, utilizing deep, sensory-safe touch to signal that the threat has passed and it is finally safe to land. This is an anti-colonial practice of returning home to your own rhythm—a process of uncoupling systemic stress to restore the inherent, biological flow of your being.
